Camp Journey Respite Care by Sheppard Pratt
Camp Journey is a free temporary, short-term care for children and teens ages 11-17 who experience behavioral and/or emotional challenges to learn new skills and have fun.
City of Rockville – Youth and Family Development Programs
Short-term counseling for youth Rockville residents who are uninsured or unable to access counseling on their own. Subject to an eligibility screening.
Department of Health and Human Services
The Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health Program provides outpatient mental health services to children, adolescents, and their families to help address severe emotional, behavioral, substance abuse, and victimization issues.
Offers case management and counseling for youth and teens. It also offers prevention and early intervention services to at-risk children and their families in Montgomery County Public Schools.
Family Justice Center
Provides services for victims of domestic violence and their families including case management, counseling, shelter referrals, and more. Family Justice Center features a safe and comfortable environment with a play/workspace for children to do homework, read, play, and use a computer.
Offers outpatient mental health services for children, young adults, and older adults.
Serve women, men and teens ages 14 and over experiencing or witnessing domestic or dating abuse in the Greater Washington DC area. Offer free services including therapy, crisis counseling, safety planning, and legal representation.

MedStar Montgomery Medical Center – Addiction and Mental Health
Adolescent Outpatient Program: Group-oriented after school treatment for adolescents ages 13 to 18 with emotional and/or behavioral problems. Depression, substance abuse, truancy, defiance, and legal problems are among the issues addressed.
