Virtual Support Group Schedule & Registration

To join a NAMI MC Virtual Support Group:
– Register as soon as possible, our groups fill up fast! 
– You must register for each support group meeting date you would like to attend. Example: If you register for this Monday’s group, you still have to register for the group every Monday.
– Once you register, NAMI MC Staff approves your registration if you are one of the first 16 registered. This is not an automated process. It may take a few days to receive the meeting info.
– Once approved, you receive the Zoom meeting link, the Zoom meeting phone number, and the meeting ID via email.

 

“Open” vs. “Start” Times: Our groups open about 15-20 minutes before the official start time (the time you will see on your Zoom meeting info email). If you are new to our groups or returning, we recommend you use this early log-in time to troubleshoot any Zoom issues and to chat with other participants and the facilitators before the group begins.

 

Late Arrivals: If you join after the official start time, you are not guaranteed entry into the group. Our facilitators will not allow late arrivals past the initial “check-in” round which falls between 5-10 minutes after the official start time.

 

Group Size & Waitlist: NAMI MC limits our groups on Zoom to 16 registered participants (+our 2 trained facilitators). We ask that you only register for groups that you know you are able to attend. If you must cancel, notify NAMI MC of your pending absence by emailing programs@namimc.org
